Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth initiatives.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales performance.
Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales targets, align on strategic priorities, and drive overarching company goals.
Analyze sales metrics to gauge performance, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales management, or related roles within high-growth environments.
Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that result in significant revenue growth.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on empowering sales teams.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and clients.
Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
