Job Description

Elite Orthopaedic Surgeon role in Dubai. Modern robotics suites, uncapped clinical resources, and an aggressive tax-free package starting from £260,000.

A flagship tertiary private hospital in Dubai is recruiting a distinguished Western-trained Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to expand its high-volume surgical department. Armed with modern operative infrastructure—including the DaVinci Xi and Rosa Orthopaedic robotic platforms—you will perform complex joint reconstruction, minimally invasive arthroscopies, and sports medicine procedures for regional and international patients. This post combines direct surgical leadership, clear clinical governance, and immediate access to advanced diagnostic and rehabilitation networks to drive modern patient outcomes in a rapidly expanding private healthcare ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Substantive Board Certification (FRCSC, American Board, CCST/CCT, or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years post-fellowship clinical expertise.

  • Proven record in robotic-assisted joint surgery, quality governance, and collaborative teamwork within JCI-accredited medical facilities.

  • Benefits

    • Tax-Free Remuneration: £260,000 – £360,000 GBP per annum (tax-free net base + volume-linked bonus structure).

    • Executive Relocation Package: Luxury family accommodation allowance, comprehensive child education support, full mobilization/demobilization coverage, premium medical malpractice insurance, and global healthcare benefits.
