We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate UX developer to join the Botpress team and build the future of AI Agents . With over half a million users since last year's launch, you'll be joining one of the fastest-growing startups in Canada. Botpress is open to sponsoring visas for US and Mexican nationals to join us in Canada.
We are building a world-class engineering team and are looking for highly skilled and motivated people who will bring something exceptional to our team. We are a small team focused on talent density, and we grow our team carefully and intentionally so that each new member can improve our product, company, and culture in their own way.
As a Senior UX Developer, you will maintain our existing product and craft new features in response to customer feedback and demand, leading projects from conception to deployment. High ownership, organization, and creativity are things we value very highly. You will be expected to solve challenging problems on your own and should be razor-focused on improving customer and user experience. An exceptional candidate is comfortable looking for solutions that are delivered quickly and adhere to robust coding standards and peer reviews.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer-impacting features using React (Typescript)
- Design and implement intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals
- Work with designers to create and maintain a design system and reusable UI components
- Write tests for front-end components
- Add tracking and monitoring to capture user journeys
- Contribute to product documentation when applicable
