Your Role
- Become a key estate planning reference for the client advisory team at one of Quebec's largest asset management firms!
- Based in the Montreal North Shore offices , collaborate with financial and estate planners to support IAs and clients in estate planning.
- Conduct client interviews, build trust, and draft estate planning recommendations tailored to high-net-worth clients.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple complex cases with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Deliver estate planning training sessions to investment advisors.
- Identify and develop business opportunities across services and products.
- Stay updated on field developments to improve processes, systems, and methods.
- Understand business issues and contribute practical solutions.
- Member of the Barreau or the Chambre des notaires du Québec
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of estate planning, including succession law, trusts, and property administration
- Experience in an advisory role
- Ability to build professional relationships with various professionals
- Skills in simplifying complex information
- Strong listening skills for sensitive client issues
- Availability to travel to NBF offices
- Knowledge of insurance strategies
- Knowledge of wealth management
