We offer opportunities to join our Paraprofessional team for Law Clerks, Paralegals, Land Use Planners and Trademark Agents across all of our Practice Groups; these roles can be based out of any of our offices nationally :
- Administrative Law : Environmental Law, Health, Immigration and Labour & Employment
- Business Law : Capital Markets & Securities, Corporate, Financial Services, Insolvency, Intellectual Property and Mergers & Acquisitions
- Litigation : Commercial, Constructions, Estates & Trusts, Family Law and Insurance Defence
- Real Estate : Condominium Development and Governance, Commercial and Residential Transactions, Land Development, Municipal Law and Leasing
- Tax : Charities & Not-for-Profit, Corporate Tax, Litigation and Private Client Services
Paraprofessionals work with lawyers and other professionals who specialize in one or more of these areas and are key team members with critical responsibilities within the team. We look for individuals who are responsive and resourceful, possess a professional attitude with great client service skills and are adept at managing assignments and priorities effectively to ensure deadlines are met and matters are continuously and consistently moving forward.
