Role description :

We are looking for a Universal Design Specialist who is PASSIONATEaboutaccessibility and universal design for complex projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in an architectural / interior design office and be an outofthebox thinker with a holistic understanding of the design process and a talent for developing creative solutions that reflect an understanding of universal design. Role accountabilities :

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (engineering urban design and others) to support the design and construction of design projects
• Assist with the integration of universal design principles into project designs functional layouts diagrams and presentation materials based on complex programming requirements including public and service areas
• Developing construction documents
• Assisting in the construction administration phase : general review site instructions change orders and interpretation of contract specifications
• Assist Senior team members with other tasks including updating logs and checklists etc
• Thrive in a nimble projectdriven environment

The salary range for this position is $57786 to $92457. The base salary represents Arcadis hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as location skills experience and qualifications for the role.
