We are looking for a Multi-unit Franchise Coach to join our Client in the food service industry. This position reports to the Operations Director and will be working closely with the support team to ensure locations are leading standards of providing top quality customer results. This position will be based out of the western GTA ideally.

Responsibilities include :
- Work hands on with operators to streamline and perfect KPI's to the customer benefit, allowing for sales growth
- Lead, coach and act as an advisor for operators
- Support new location openings
- Drive operational excellence in order to maximize our location's sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Ensure successful implementation of marketing, product and systems initiatives and improvements across a large number locations
- 80% of time spent in locations, one (home) office day weekly.
