The CIO will be responsible for defining and implementing the technology vision to support growth, performance, security, and innovation. This includes overseeing all IT functions, leading digital transformation initiatives, ensuring technology governance, and maintaining regulatory compliance within the financial sector. A key aspect of the role is to lead the development and implementation of the organization's artificial intelligence strategy, with a focus on governance frameworks and responsible adoption practices. The ideal candidate for the CIO position at the company is a strategic and motivating leader with extensive experience in complex and regulated technology environments.
