Gather metadata from files within LAN folders to transfer to excel workbook and / or database, Collaborate with subject matter experts to support decisions made on tasks, Update controlled binders and manuals.
Print and compile updates to controlled binders and manuals, Process updates to controlled forms, Data entry – enter new requests, Support Verification & Validation (V&Vs) on controlled binders, manuals and drawings.
Follow ups on outstanding drawing and document update requests (TRs and DRFTs), Close drawing and document update requests (TRs and DRFTs) in SharePoint, Plot drawings.
Support Stick filing - update hanging sticks with controlled drawings, Reporting – Quarterly Status reports, Process & Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID) Reports, Support Process & Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID) distribution.
Typing, attention to detail, 10-key number entry.
