Your role as Vice-President, Partnerships and Commercial Operations
Reporting to Jennifer Buckley, SVP, Commercial, your role will be to cultivate and elevate Dialogue’s most strategic partnerships, transforming them into mutually beneficial relationships that drive substantial growth and innovation. By leveraging your expertise, you will spearhead initiatives that position Dialogue as the premier partner of choice, ensuring that each collaboration reaches its fullest potential. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing commercial operations, and creating a seamless partner experience that fosters long-term success and aligns with our broader organizational goals.
What you’ll be doing :
- Driving Business Growth : Spearheading Dialogue’s expansion by developing and managing partnerships with key Carrier Partners, Advisors, and Brokers
- Innovating Partnerships : Strategizing and executing new partnership channels while maintaining and strengthening existing collaborations to ensure sustained growth
- Elevating Key Relationships : Cultivating and deepening relationships with critical stakeholders to elevate Dialogue’s position as the premier partner of choice
- Creating and Executing Strategic Plans : Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive business strategy aimed at expanding and nurturing strategic relationships across Canada
- Negotiating High-Value Deals : Leading complex contract negotiations with C-suite executives to secure long-term, high-impact partnerships
- Leading a High-Performing Team : Building, mentoring, and managing a dynamic team of partnership professionals, driving excellence, and fostering a collaborative culture
