OVERVIEW
Our client is a leading not-for-profit community innovation and creative facility that provides a multi-functional place for members to work on innovative, creative or entrepreneurial endeavors. Their mission is to be the place in the community where innovation starts and enable our members to start the possible.
EDI-B VALUES
The success of an organization stems from a team that is aligned with its mission and vision, where decisions are made in the best interests of the clients they serve and the marginalized and vulnerable populations across our communities. Through this effort, all team members embrace their roles in the organization with respect and dignity for all stakeholders. Through these partnerships, everyone is focused on ensuring a commitment and responsibility toward anti-racism, anti-oppression, equity, diversity, inclusivity, and belonging.
MISSION
The ideal candidate will be someone technically inclined with the ability to work under limited supervision. They will play an essential role in ensuring the space runs smoothly and trouble-free, providing general caretaking of the facility and equipment, setting up for workshops and programs, machine and equipment maintenance and assisting members and participants where needed.
The Facility Support Person must be organized, enthusiastic, and energetic, able to interact with others in a professional and courteous manner.
