Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Treasury and Liquidity Management

• Manage the company’s capital structure to ensure ongoing funding requirements are met and at the lowest possible cost while maintaining operational flexibility. This will be achieved through in-depth capital market monitoring, lender relationship management and opportunistic and proactive financing activities. The Company’s capital structure will include syndicated bank credit facilities, operating leases and cash balances.
• The company's long-term debt will consist of a sustainability linked credit facility including a revolving line of credit and term loan.
• Provide leadership to the Treasury team in directing operational cash management, cash forecasting, custodial arrangements, preparing internal and external financial reporting for treasury activities.
• Lead thinking in establishing new benchmarks for working capital for the the Company.
• Accountable for credit reviews and decisions regarding major customers.
