The HRIS Analyst will work closely with HR IT Payroll and business stakeholders to ensure the system meets organizational needs supports data accuracy and enhances the overall employee experience.
What Youll Be Doing
System Administration & Support
Maintain and configure Workday HCM modules (Workday Benefits and Learning)
Provide day-to-day support for HR system issues troubleshoot errors and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors if needed.
Provide day-to-day production support
Maintain data integrity through audits clean-up and validation.
Business Process Optimization
Review design and implement efficient Workday business processes in alignment with HR operations.
Recommend system improvements and automate manual processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Participate in testing system upgrades new features and releases.
