The Opportunity

As an LPN in our Assisted Living Community at Hallmark on the Park, you will lead the community team, administer medications, provide wound care, and assess residents' needs. You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of care for our Assisted Living residents.

About The Role

As an LPN at Baptist Housing’s Hallmark on the Park Community, you’ll apply the Wellness Model of Care, supporting resident independence while ensuring their safety and well-being. You’ll work closely with the Wellness Manager for complex cases and support the implementation of wellness programs under their guidance.

• Casual openings are for Days and evenings / week.

About You

You are a compassionate and empathetic LPN who connects with residents on a personal level, going beyond your duties to exceed their needs. Your exceptional communication allows you to convey instructions clearly and maintain calm in challenging situations. With resilience and adaptability, you navigate complex moments, adjusting care strategies as necessary. Residents feel valued and heard through your attentive listening and genuine care. Your strong medical knowledge, including the aging process, cognitive function, and medication protocols, enables you to provide tailored care. Colleagues respect your collaborative nature, and your sense of humor creates a positive, welcoming environment.

Level 1 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 - $41.35. You will be welcome into a warm, supportive and collaborative environment.
