Job Details

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Administer medications in the patient's home, specialty clinics, and Physician Partnership clinic settings.
• Assess and monitor pre and post-injection / infusion treatments as directed by program protocols.
• Complete necessary documentation based on policies, procedures, and standards of practice including those from the College of Nurses and Innomar ISO accreditation.
• Provide patient and caregiver education based on product monographs and program protocols, either individually or in groups.
• Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints according to Innomar policies and procedures.
• Ensure reliable availability to meet the needs of the IBU and the Nursing and clinics KPIs, based on the employment agreement.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to meet scheduling and treatment timelines.
• Coordinate with patients and caregivers for appointments and drug delivery to home and clinic.
• Participate in team web-based meetings and training sessions to maintain professional standards.
• Engage in specialized client-related training as required.
• Adhere to professional nursing standards and work collaboratively within the healthcare team, including delegation of tasks to RPN / LPN as authorized.
• Travel within designated IBUs to meet operational needs.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and health and safety standards.
• Complete ongoing and annual education and training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned and may be on standby / on call as needed.
