Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Richmond, BC, with flexibility for some remote work as a Dispatcher at Glen Traffic Solutions. The Dispatcher will be responsible for handling communication with field staff, managing daily dispatch activities, monitoring field staff performance, and ensuring that all dispatching activities are completed within established guidelines. The Dispatcher reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with other dispatchers and field staff to maintain communication and meet dispatching goals.

Salary – Starting $48,000 onwards and great benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Traffic control background is an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Experience in dispatching or related field
• Experience with related tools and technology, such as two‑way radio system and GPS tracking software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Customer service oriented mindset
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
