Job description
Combat d'Archers est à la recherche d'animateurs dynamiques, motivés, avec un bon sens de travail d'équipe et de leadership.

Salaire de Depart: 18$/h a 20$/h

Par Rapport au Poste:
Les candidats à ce poste doivent être en mesure d'animer des groupes en français et en anglais. L'animateur est chargé d'initier les participants au tir à l'arc durant la formation de 20 minutes obligatoire pour tous les participants. L'animateur est aussi chargé de l'arbitrage des matchs et de l'explication des différents modes de jeux. Que ce soit au niveau du jeu ou du service à la clientèle, Combat d'Archers est reconnu pour son excellence et vous serez une des personnes en charge de conserver cette réputation.

Les Tâches Additionnelles:
  • Entrainer et animer les groupes.
  • Agir comme hôte, faire la mise en place et maintenir l’ordre du terrain de jeu et de la salle d'entrainement.
  • Prendre des photos souvenirs pour les participants.
  • Suggérer et procéder à l’implémentation d’améliorations au niveau de l’expérience client ainsi qu’aux différents jeux.
  • Maintenir les standards élevés de l’expérience client.
  • Être un point de contact lorsque des clients ont besoin d’information par rapport aux combats d'archers.

  • Vous sentez capable d'animer des groupes avec un haut niveau d'énergie.
Ce qui pourrait être considéré comme des atouts:
  • Vous êtes passionné par le tir à l'arc/tag à l'arc ou les jeux de roles grandeur nature.
  • Expérience à travailler au service à la clientèle.
Type d’emploi: Temps partiel 10 - 30 heures par semaine.
