Job description

The Analyst Storage and Transportation Contracting works to execute the S&T Contracting process in a timely and accurate manner. While completing this process, the incumbent is accountable for compliance to both external regulated requirements and company policies and procedures.

What you will do :

  • Create, process and administer Storage and Transportation contracts in accordance with policies and with a customer service excellence approach.
  • Investigate any contract parameter discrepancies.
  • Work with S&T Contracting team members to determine issue resolutions

and execute issue resolutions in a timely manner.

  • Respond to internal and external customer contract inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Proactively communicate with other internal groups that have customer touchpoints and / or impact customer experience.
  • Testing of contract system changes and enhancements to ensure functional prior to implementation.
  • Prepare and publish reports, subject to approval, in compliance with Storage and Transportation Access Rule (STAR), storage inventory and S&T rates on a monthly, seasonal and annual basis
  • Qualifications Required :

  • Post-secondary education in business or a related quantitative field or equivalent
  • work experience.

  • 1-3 years of proven analytical work experience preferred. Additional business acuity is highly desired.
  • High attention to detail with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well in a self-directed manner while working well under pressure.
