Adecco is currently recruiting for motivated and results-oriented Area Managers in Training to join a growing retail organization in Regina and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
This unique opportunity is designed for experienced retail leaders who are ready to take the next step in their careers. Through hands-on leadership experience, mentorship, and operational exposure across multiple locations, you will develop the skills and knowledge required to progress into an Area Manager role.

  • Pay Rate: $65,000/annually
  • Location: Regina and Saskatoon, SK
  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time
Responsibilities:
  • Support and develop Store Managers across multiple retail locations
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence
  • Monitor store performance, revenue targets, staffing levels, and productivity metrics
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate management teams to achieve business objectives
  • Identify operational opportunities and implement strategies to improve performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards
  • Respond to store challenges and provide timely solutions to support business continuity
  • Participate in leadership development programs, training sessions, and management meetings
  • Analyze business performance and recommend actions to improve results
  • Build strong relationships with store teams and foster a culture of accountability and engagement
  • Travel regularly within the assigned region to support multiple locations
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3-5 years of multi-unit retail management experience
  • Experience in cannabis retail is considered a strong asset
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid CannaSell Certification
  • Clean criminal record check
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to drive sales, operational performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the region as required
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
