Employment Type : Permanent. The incumbent is expected to spend at least 60% of time on project management and delivery. This is not a remote position; the successful candidate will be required to work three days from the office. Travel required : Yes. Exempt position.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives related to air travel demand consultancy services.
- Plan and manage consulting engagements, contribute to their delivery, and participate in the life of the Consulting practice.
- Lead and contribute to the delivery of consulting projects regionally in the Americas and occasionally elsewhere in the world, including supervising junior consultants, external subcontractors, and internal experts; developing analyses, Excel models, and deliverables; and facilitating client meetings.
- Perform project management activities : ensure adherence to scope, timeline, and budget; coordinate resources; manage variances and invoicing milestones; seek guidance from senior team members as needed; provide quality assurance and client relationship management; and present deliverables in client meetings.
- Contribute to the life of the Consulting practice : document opportunities and projects, update pipeline and deliverables, provide market intelligence, follow procedures, seek feedback and training, mentor junior team members, and contribute to new product and service design.
