Are you a hands on as well as strategic finance professional ready to drive business success? Our client is seeking a Controller to join their leadership team. This is a high-impact role that directly shapes their long-range business plans and financial strategies.
As Controller, you will oversee financial management, systems, and operations while also leading staff administration functions. Your expertise in accounting and your ability to partner cross-functionally will be critical for planned growth.
Ideal Profile :
- CPA designation with at least five years of proven hands-on experience in accounting operations and financial leadership.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships across teams.
- Leadership in staff supervision and administration.
- Experience with financial systems and IT upgrades.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
