Objective

The Collections Clerk will be accountable for the collection process, claims, and other financial transactions, including customers’ accounts verifications and recording status.

Responsibilities

• Keep track and follow up on customers’ payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Manage Mexican invoicing and credit note processes related to the SAT.
• Handle other Mexican compliance functions and electronic validation of payments through Pegaso.
• Reconcile balances to customer statements by sending reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts.
• Organize and set up payment plans with customers.
• Verify discrepancies and resolve customers’ billing issues.
• Analyze claim deductions and price discrepancies directly with customers.
• Review and reconcile payments on account with customers.
• Communicate with sales managers regarding overdue accounts.
• Provide assistance, insured communication, and support to the Team Leader daily.
• Execute all other related tasks and ad-hoc projects.
