RequirementsApplicants should have previous welding experience, with MIG welding and general fabrication skills considered essential for the role. While formal certifications are not required, CWB certification is considered an asset. Candidates must be able to safely perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 45 lbs, and demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks. A commitment to workplace safety, proper lifting techniques, and situational awareness is required at all times. Steel-toed CSA-approved boots are mandatory, along with appropriate work attire suitable for a shop environment.
