Current registration with the applicable regulatory college in the province of Ontario 2 years of supervisory experience and / or experience within home health service delivery Experience with quality and risk management, and program delivery including data analytics Critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills Practical experience with mentorship and coaching. An understanding of adult learning Ability to effectively establish and build rapport with internal and external parties, including Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and digital health platforms

As a Program Lead, Therapy, we are looking for a Therapy professional who is an innovative thinker, has interest in modernizing home care through integrated care delivery, and has experience in program management.
You will play a key role in providing consultation, assessment, and interventions for diverse client groups across Ontario. The Program Lead (PL) will be involved in the development of programs, mentorship of new staff and ongoing coaching for Therapy teams, professional development and quality and risk management. The Program Lead will promote a culture of continuous improvement and will
facilitate the generation of innovative ideas and patient care design for CarePartners.
