Job descriptionConduct initial and ongoing patient assessments Develop, revise, and implement patient treatment plans Administer and manage medications in compliance with facility and nursing standards Provide direct patient care Adhere to facility policies and College of Nurses standards Registered Nurse Degree from an accredited institution Active Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario Minimum 1-year experience in seniors' homes, long-term care, or hospital settings BLS / ACLS & eCTAS Certification (asset) Availability for shifts (days / evenings / nights / weekends) Proficient in MS Word and email Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proof of current immunization (MMRV) and negative TB test (1 year) Current N95 Mask Fit Test Certification
