Salary Range : Base 75K-80K OTE -K

What Will You Do?

  • Prospect and acquire new business accounts across various industries needing industrial supply and adhesive / sealant solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Identify and pursue opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide consultative solutions
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales
  • Hunter mentality – energized by chasing leads and closing deals
  • Resilient and self-motivated with a strong drive to win
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
  • Not afraid to be a team player and jump in to help wherever needed
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visits
