As a Sales Executive, you’ll own the growth of our Ontario territory, selling room-based HVAC solutions- primarily PTACs, VTACs, and related accessories to hotels, retirement residences, and property management- multi residential buildings. Your day-to-day will focus on engaging General Managers, Maintenance Teams, Procurement Managers, and Owners to build new relationships and expand existing ones. This role is heavily weighted toward new business development (roughly 70–75%) , including outbound prospecting, cold calling, and reactivating dormant accounts. The remainder will be dedicated to managing and growing current customers. You’ll work a hybrid funnel : supplied account lists, past customers, and strategic outreach to targeted properties. After probation, we will provide an existing book of business to work through. You’ll manage an Ontario-based territory with opportunities to support national chains and projects across Canada. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales, with strong operational and technical support behind you. The compensation package includes a $70,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses , with clear expectations, metrics, and support to ramp quickly.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY :

  • Head Office : Markham, Ontario
  • Work Model : In-office 4 days / week
  • Sales Territory : Primarily Ontario, potential to cover Canada

  • EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

  • 3–10 years of outbound sales experience
  • Bilingual French an asset
  • 3 - 10 years of sales experience with a strong outbound, hunter mentality
  • Experience in selling to hotels, retirement centers, or property management companies
  • Familiarity with transactional sales
  • Comfortable working primarily from the office with some remote flexibility
