Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) is seeking Full-time Security Guards to join our team in Kitimat, British Columbia. Successful applicants will provide security services to a large and dynamic work site, including, but not limited to, ensuring adherence to site rules, site access control, vehicle searches, foot and mobile patrolling, lodge security, assistance with emergency response, and security of waterfront and port area

Duties Include :

• Maintaining excellent customer service to guests, colleagues, and site workers
• Access control / intrusion detection of site, accommodation, waterfront and port area
• Monitoring site activities, detecting suspicious occurrences and providing detailed written incident reports
• Mobile and foot patrols of assigned areas
• Recording daily activities, completing access and administrative forms, and issuing or checking site access badges
• Monitoring access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance systems
• Emergency response dispatch and team communications via radio
