Job Description :

Confer with clients to identify and document requirements
Conduct business and technical studies
Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats
Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or completion of a college program in computer science

Experience : At least 5 years in Information Technology (IT)

Computer and technology knowledge : Business intelligence, Cloud, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Visual Studio, Shell script, Subversion (SVN), Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Internet, Security software, 3D graphic software, Project management software, Website creation and management software, Web service design, Business diagram software, Mapping and data visualization software, Programming languages, Data analysis software, MS Office, MS Windows, Python

Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities : Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure

Personal suitability : Flexibility, Organized, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Team player, Excellent written and oral communication, Accurate, Initiative, Judgment

Language : English required

Salary : $45.00 hourly, 40 hours per week
