Your future role on our team
As BBA continues to grow, we seek a project manager familiar with consulting engineering to meet increasing client needs. Responsibilities include :
- Providing influential leadership for project success.
- Planning, leading, and controlling project delivery to meet mandates and client satisfaction.
- Managing stakeholder expectations.
- Proactively resolving technical, financial, schedule, and human resource issues.
- Managing project risks and mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring health and safety policies are implemented by trained personnel.
- Maintaining quality of professional services per quality management practices.
- Participating in business development and proposal creation.
- Maximizing resource utilization and team development.
- Selecting personnel to control technical risks collaboratively.
- Serving as a coach to work teams.
