Concentric is actively seeking a Junior - Intermediate Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team our Ottawa office.Applicants must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from an accredited Canadian University and have current membership in good standing (P.Eng.) with Professional Engineers Ontario or another Canadian association.In addition to these minimum requirements, we are looking for the following qualifications : One to five (1-5) years of experience in a consulting structural design office.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Meticulous attention to detail.Ability to foster positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and contractors.Demonstrated resilience and creative problem-solving skills.Proficient in collaboration, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.Willingness to work at remote sites for extended periods as required.Possession of a Class G driver's license and reliable transportation (car or truck).Bilingualism (French / English) is a definite asset.Responsibilities will include : Undertake investigative, design, and construction assignments for both existing and new structures.Concrete Rehabilitation.Prepare reports and proposals for projects.Engage in client liaison, both written and oral communication.Identify project opportunities and contribute to marketing initiatives aligned with the company's goals.We offer competitive compensation and an attractive benefits package, including a Group RRSP with a company matching program, along with opportunities for training and skills development.To apply, please submit your cover letter and resume, including salary expectations.Concentric is dedicated to maintaining a workplace that reflects the diversity of the communities it serves, and we encourage applications from all qualified candidates.
