Job descriptionGenerate and analyse reports from Epicor. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving entries from Shift Supervisors. e-Maint Software Management : Generate maintenance reports for the Maintenance Team to track equipment performance. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks. Administrative Support : Maintain office supplies and maintenance items inventory and requisitions as needed. (Requests originate from Maintenance Team and e-maint system) Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Support HR activities High school / Post Secondary diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus. RRSP / DPSP program; Group insurance program including medical and dental coverage; Employee referal program; Regularly organized social events.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Epicor (or equivalent ERP systems) and e-Maint software (or equivalent Maintenance Software), as well as basic HR functions. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Epicor (ERP) Management :
Maintain and update ERP system data.
Manage and update maintenance schedules and records in e-Maint.
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
