We are seeking a highly motivated, detailed-orientation and customer-focused Financial Service Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. As a customer service representative in the financial industry, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their banking investment, or insurance-related inquiries while ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience. You will provide support via phone, email, and live chat while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products and services, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping customers navigate their financial needs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem- solving, this is role for you.

8 hour shifts

Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products, loans, credit cards, investments, and insurance policies
Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Stay up to date on financial industry trends, product offerings, and policy changes.
Work closely with internal teams, such as loan officers and investment advisors, to provide seamless service.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of banking, credit, investments, or insurance products.
High School Diploma required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
