As a member of the legal commercial team, your main responsibilities will include advising a multitude of teams and participating as a legal expert in the development of new projects for Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. (BRP) and its affiliates, primarily in North America.

To achieve this, you'll focus on business issues, particularly in drafting, negotiating, and implementing various contractual structures. You'll support the advertising content creation and distribution teams, the teams working with marketing agencies and brand ambassadors, the sales and customer service units, as well as the teams involved in developing and managing distribution networks.

You'll work closely with colleagues in Legal Services and internal business teams comprised of professionals from Procurement, Data Privacy and Security, Insurance, Tax, Public Affairs, Compliance and Patents, Product Safety and Communications. You will participate in protecting BRP's interests in the best possible way, while minimizing the financial and legal risks associated with business decisions and strategies.

• Identify problems, assess risks and make recommendations to solve or prevent them by providing proactive advice, developing negotiation strategies and creating innovative solutions.
• Understand and stay informed about industry trends and the company's legal and regulatory landscape, as BRP is constantly evolving.
• Promote compliance with company guidelines and policies, and contribute to training for BRP's internal business partners.
