As a Service Writer , you play an integral role in assisting the Service Department with customer service needs, opening and closing work orders, activities in pre-delivery of new or used equipment, repair and reconditioning of the new and used trade-in equipment, daily operations of shop functions, field service function and delivery or equipment functions.

The salary is $58,000 -$62,000 annually depending on experience, and you will also receive performance-based bonus pay. The successful candidate will support our Terrace, B.C. and Prince George branches and they will enjoy the flexibility of working out of either of our Terrace, or Prince George branches .

- Tech savvy. You will be comfortable with learning new software and have strong computer skills which assist in your intuitive computer skills, and ability to trouble-shoot issues with work orders or other service department applications.
- Organized. You have already developed work habits and methods that keep your day organized and you are consistently on top of following through on tasks.
- Calm. You will maintain a calm demeanor when dealing with scheduling conflicts, working under pressure, or assisting customers with issues.
