Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.
As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and we believe our people are the recipe for success. Your responsibilities include :
- Supporting the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.

Qualifications :
Food safety requirements, such as Food Handler certification, must be obtained at the applicant's expense, according to local regulations.

Employees must work in hot, noisy environments, often standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working quickly and accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts is essential.

Pay Range : $23 - $32.20 per hour . Pay within this range depends on location and experience.
