About the role :
The Trainer will be responsible in the facilitation of engaging learning experiences through online and Face to Face training sessions. With direction from the Manager, Learning and Development, the trainer will be responsible with providing the Field Team with stellar sales skills training leveraging a mix of sales methodologies and processes.
Location : Greater Montreal Area
What you’re responsible for :
- Delivering key aspects of the new employee onboarding program (online and in-person)Creating, executing, and maintaining the Training ProgramDemonstrate compliance and training excellence through updates and regular reporting Working with Regional Managers to ensure training and development is thriving in situ and provide feedback and coaching to employeesCollaborating with the Regional Managers in your area to support with regional training assessment, determining needs, and new employee performance executionConsulting and collaborating with HQ partners on large-scale training initiativesDeveloping training strategies that maximize engagement, retention, and adoptionIncorporating change management methodologies into training strategiesSupporting and / or lead the training content creation and delivery processCollaborating with stakeholders to ensure training is integrated into the relevant training programsDelivering training and train-the-trainers for initiative, program, product education, and cyclical training as neededOccasionally travelling with employees within your area for on-going training and coachingMaintaining a working knowledge of role overview documents for all field rolesEvaluating and reporting on training strengths and opportunities in your regionSupporting in the planning and execution of training strategiesBe an ambassador for our brand, setting an example of training excellence for our staffProviding ongoing feedback and insight to maximize retail training impact, platforms, and resources
To be successful :
Proficiency in English is also required due to frequent interactions with English-speaking clients and suppliers, and the use of certain software available only in English
