Manage project pipelines from initial inquiry to production, ensuring timely follow-up and project success. Lead projects to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide market intelligence. Develop strong partnerships with engineering firms to support product specifications. Represent the company at trade shows, engage with attendees, and conduct educational events. Contribute to refining marketing messages and new product development initiatives.

This role will serve as a key liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
