We are looking for an organized and meticulous Property Administrator to join a team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In this role, you will support property management operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with communication. Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all procedures run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain and organize filing systems to guarantee accurate and accessible documentation.
• Provide administrative support to property managers, including preparing reports and presentations.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other activities as required.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, addressing any needs promptly.
• Greet visitors and handle inquiries with a meticulous and welcoming attitude.
• Proficiency in managing inbound calls and operating multi-line phone systems.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments and coordinate meetings effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, including maintaining paper and electronic filing systems.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to assist clients and visitors professionally.
• Capability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with general office equipment and supply management is an asset.
• Experience working within a property management company is an asset
