  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery tradeoffs.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience supporting customer success, consulting, or professional services organizations.
  • Experience delivering programs across geographically distributed teams spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale product development and platform initiatives.
  • Experience establishing program governance frameworks and executive reporting processes.
  • Exposure to large-scale digital transformation or enterprise technology modernization initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven success in delivering highly complex initiatives involving product, engineering, and architecture teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and program governance practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
