  • Overview* We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Millwright to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems, and troubleshooting complex machinery. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision, safety, and technical expertise are paramount. The Licensed Millwright will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing equipment to ensure optimal manufacturing operations. *Duties* - Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment in accordance with schematics and technical manuals. - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems utilizing analysis skills and industry best practices. - Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents related to machinery and systems. - Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and low voltage systems for diagnostics and repairs. - Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. - Perform welding, HVAC repairs, boiler maintenance, and other mechanical duties as needed. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities within CMMS software. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance procedures. - Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues related to industrial electrician experience and low voltage systems. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing equipment performance data and recommending enhancements. - Provide excellent customer service by collaborating with production teams to minimize operational disruptions. *Requirements* - Valid license as a Millwright with proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments. - Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in schematics interpretation, welding, HVAC systems, boiler operation, electrical experience, and low voltage systems. - Hands-on experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CMMS software. - Background in industrial electrician work is highly desirable. - Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals accurately. - Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex machinery issues quickly and effectively. - Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration with team members. - Experience working in manufacturing settings with a focus on safety standards and preventive maintenance practices. - Customer service orientation with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position is integral to maintaining the efficiency of our manufacturing operations through expert technical skills and proactive maintenance strategies.
