We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our team.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Development – Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the potash and agricultural industries in Saskatchewan. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Product Expertise – Maintain in-depth knowledge of surface protection coatings, thermal spray, and welding consumables . Provide technical support and recommend the best solutions for customers.

Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong industry relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Market Analysis – Monitor industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities , providing insights to refine sales strategies.

Technical Presentations & Support – Conduct product demonstrations and presentations , showcasing product benefits and applications. Address customer inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction .

Reporting & Forecasting – Prepare sales reports and forecasts , tracking performance and providing updates to the management team.

What You’ll Bring

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business , or a related field.

Experience : Proven experience in technical sales , preferably in coatings, thermal spray, or welding consumables .

Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the potash and agricultural industries .

Technical & Software Skills : Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite .

Communication & Problem-Solving : Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset .
