Job Description :
Insight Global is looking for an Embedded Technical Recruiter to support an Automotive client. This will be a remote position, but require you to You will be responsible for conducting technical pre-screens to ensure that the candidates are aligned with the client’s standards. You should be comfortable evaluating the candidate’s technical background and be able to make recommendations based on these conversations.
Qualifications :
- 5+ Technical and Engineering recruitment experience
- Experience developing recruitment strategies and roadmaps
- Experience with full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Comfortable to work on Software and Hardware related positions
- Excellent communication skills and Bilingual (French / English)
