Randstad Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor / Sales Supervisor for a great manufacturing company with a family feel located in the north-east of Winnipeg.
Do you have previous Sales / Customer Service experience including Leadership roles? Do you enjoy leading / mentoring people and ensuring day-to-day operations are running smoothly? Are you a team player and looking to join like-minded individuals? Are you a great communicator with good interpersonal skills? Do you have experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with technical drawings and technical sales? Are you customer-focused and extremely organized? Are you a good problem-solver and thrive in a fast-paced environment?
Do you have a valid driver's license, access to your own vehicle, and can pass a criminal background check? Are you ok travelling within the US and Canada?
