THE POSITION

As the Director, Technical Services, you will lead a high-performing team, drive technical service excellence, and ensure superior customer experience across multiple service business categories, including On-Site Service, ProRepair, Digital Solutions, and CAD / CAM Support.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

You have a strong track record in service management, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Your career reflects steady progression into leadership roles, demonstrating your ability to drive results and develop high-performing teams. You hold a post-secondary degree in Business Administration or a related field and excel at prioritizing critical tasks while fostering a consultative, solution-focused leadership style that empowers those around you. Experience with Service Project Management software is preferred.

Your favourite words are director, leadership, service, service management, manager, technical service leadership, operational and customer service.

You will be required to attend meetings / workdays in our Corporate Head Office, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Concord Branch and customer offices as needed to meet business needs. Intermittent travel throughout Canada is required for this role.
