About the role
The Senior IT Business Analyst for Apigee will play an integral role in ensuring that our Apigee platform meets business needs and enhances our API strategy.
This role involves thorough technical analysis, facilitating communication between technical and business teams, and ensuring user-friendly onboarding and training processes.
What you'll do here :
Conduct detailed technical analysis of Apigee features and requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Facilitate the onboarding of new teams to the Apigee platform, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to utilize the platform effectively.
Document new features, processes, and best practices to create a comprehensive resource library for users.
Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring clear, actionable paths for development teams.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Develop and provide training sessions and resources for teams to maximize their use and understanding of the Apigee platform.
What you bring to the table :
A minimum of 6 years of experience as IT Business Analyst.
Strong analytical and technical skills with experience in API technologies, particularly Apigee.
Excellent documentation and writing abilities, with attention to detail.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear and precise technical specifications.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and departments.
Experience in training and onboarding teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
Familiarity with API security concepts and practices, such as OAuth, API keys, and rate limiting.
Understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
Experience in API lifecycle management, including design, deployment, versioning, and deprecation.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
