Job Description : As a Benefits Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our union members receive the best possible benefits packages. You will serve as a point of contact for union members, guiding them through the enrollment process, answering questions, and assisting with any benefits-related concerns. Key Responsibilities :   Assist members with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and changes. Explain benefits options and provide guidance to help members make informed decisions. Conduct benefits meetings for new members. Troubleshoot and resolve benefits-related issues in a timely manner. Act as a liaison between members and our main office . Participate in open enrollment processes and communicate changes effectively.   Qualifications :   Prior experience in benefits administration or a related field is a plus! Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently. Team player with a customer-centric approach. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
