Job descriptionOversee the preparation, review, and timely filing of corporate tax returns and compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare corporate tax provisions. Manage and lead tax audits and reviews, including comprehensive responses to audit inquiries. Partner across departments to complete special projects. Lead as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on tax-related inquiries from various business units Stay informed on relevant tax policies. Implement new changes to internal reporting processes. Develop working relationships with teams to assist with tax and compliance initiatives. Conduct performance reviews with staff and provide guidance and recognition of performance. Support employee growth through development conversations, continuous learning, and aligning opportunities with career goals.
Requirements :
- 8+ years of experience in corporate tax.
- Experience in Financial Services industry.
- Completion of CPA designation.
- Completion of CICA In Depth Course.
- People Management Experience.
- Excellent Communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- 150,000 - $180,000 base salary range.
