This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable yet evolving organization in a newly created role due to continued growth. The role is based at their head office in Orangeville. Your New Role As the Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting monthly and statutory reporting. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, this position will be responsible for general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, fixed assets, and supporting internal controls and audit processes. You’ll work closely with operational teams, contribute to process improvements, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information across the organization. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in an inventory-based environment and partnering with a growing finance team. What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA designation or currently working toward CPA
• Experience working in inventory-based businesses (manufacturing, food processing, or wholesale distribution)
• Strong general ledger, reconciliation, and month-end reporting experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with large ERP systems (NetSuite considered an asset; QuickBooks experience alone is not sufficient)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams
