What You'll Do:
Youll be theface of our service departmentthe trusted advisor customers rely on and the key link between the shop and the customer.
Greet customers andassess their vehicle service needs
Listen actively, ask smart questions, anddiagnose concerns
Recommend services and repairs withclear explanations, pricing, and timelines
Schedule service appointments andfollow up like a pro
Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work moving efficiently
Provide customers withtimely updateson vehicle status
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Resolve concerns quickly to ensureexceptional customer satisfaction
Stay current on automotive products, services, and industry trends
What We're Looking For:
Confident communicator with strong customer service instincts
Organized, fast-moving, and cool under pressure
Someone whotakes ownership, builds trust, and delivers results
Proficiency with computer systems
Experience in Automotive or as a Service Advisor is an asset
